The villa is situated 15 mins from Disney, 25 mins from Sea world and Universal
The villa is very well equipped with a fantastic swimming pool and Hot tub/Spa (Hot tub is heated by pool heating) The deck area is larger than normal which provides lots of space for everyone lazing around the pool on one of those lazy days at home
The villa is south facing so the pool has the sun all day long. There is a lanai/covered area for those who would like a little shade from the sun
The pool is a 30' x 15' pool with spa/hot tub (pool heating required for hot tub) the pool looks small in the pictures but that is due to the very large deck lots of space for lazing around the pool
.
The villa has a Jacuzzi bath in master en-suite, and marble sinks and tops in all the bathrooms. There are TV points in all the bedrooms, and a large fridge freezer with ice maker. The Games room is equipped with Pool/Billiard table, (there is also a set of balls to play snooker), and also has a table tennis/ping pong table
There is a washer and dryer should you feel the need to use them

(Pool heating is recommended from end September to end March although the Hot tub if required will need heating all year)

A £150 ($250) per week deposit is required at the time of booking
For weeks which fall over 2 season prices, days are charged at pro rata for each seasons
Pool heating is available at £15 ($25) per night
For 2006 we will keep the same as 2005 prices for early bookings, before 1st June 2005 for bookings going over to cost periods weeks/days are charged pro season rata Easter is at the high season rate
All taxes are included
Towels an linen are all provided, you just need to take yourself and have a good time
