We have made some recent improvements on our last trip, these include, new DVD player and the addition of a games room, please see photographs lower down this page.
The villa is situated in Kissimmee only 20 minutes drive from the main Orlando attractions and 10 minutes drive from the large Wal-Mart on the main 192. Yet it is in a very quiet and secluded area, ideal for relaxing after the day at the attractions. The villa backs on to a conservation where you can lay back in the pool and watch the Eagles flying above.
The villa is also very comfortable for those quiet days you just want to unwind and enjoy the sun by the pool.
The villa has all the amenities you could want, full cooking facilities, full washing and drying facilities, cable TV, Hi-Fi, video and DVD in the lounge areas.

The pool has a Spa/Hot Tub, (please note pool heating will required to heat the Hot Tub). If selected the pool heating will keep the pool temperature to around 85-90oF and hot tub will be 100oF, when on. The pool area is covered with an insect net which lets you swim in peace while nothing gets into your Gin and Tonic. The pool is south facing so has the sun all day,, there is a canopy you can sit under which gives shade if required. The pool is a very nice size larger than average which is good for playing or swimming. Is also secluded with no one over looking

Lots of spacious living areas plenty of seating, patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a new 31" Tv with video and DVD player, along with cable. There is also a CD hi fi system.
Upstairs living area with TV where the settee converts to a double bed if required.
As can be seen all the bedrooms are very comfortable. There is an en-suite to the master/no1 bedroom, which includes a clothes storage and changing area.
In the up stairs lounge area there is a bed settee.
Bedrooms 3 and 6 are situated on the ground floor there is a ground floor bathroom.
There is a cot/crib in the master bedroom along with a high chair on the ground floor these facilities are offered as part of the villa package., (most villa owners and agents charge extra for the use of these items).
This is our new games room, the garage has been converted to a games room, with a slate bed pool/billiard table. There is also a table tennis table and a basket ball game. These facilities are free for guests to use

(Pool heating is recommended from end September to end March although the Hot tub if required will need heating all year)

Pool heating is available at £12 ($20) per night
Please note our pool heating is natural gas, other villas who offer free pool heating it will usually be Solar Heating, it is no use in winter you will not be able to use the pool
Please note we do not charge for the use of Cot/Crib or High Chair one of each is available free
Use of the Games room is also free
